How does the build-your-own bridesmaid gift box process work?
Visit our bridal party gifting catalogue, choose your packaging, then add products one by one — selecting styles, colours and personalisation details as you go. The price updates live so you always know your total. Once you're happy, submit your order via WhatsApp and we'll send you a confirmed invoice within 1–2 business days.
Can I customise the items inside each individual bridesmaid box, or do they all have to be the same?
Every box is personalised individually — each bridesmaid gets her own name, font choice and colour selections. You can also build completely different bundles for different bridesmaids using our Save & Add Another feature, which lets you design one bundle, save it, and start a fresh one for the next person — all in the same order.
Can I choose different sizes or colours for loungewear items within the same order?
Yes — because each bridesmaid's bundle is personalised individually, you can select a different size, colour or style for every person in your order. No two boxes need to be identical.
Does the packaging come included automatically, or do I need to add it?
For our pre-built bundles, packaging is included. In the Build Your Own tool, packaging is a separate step — you choose between a personalised gift box, a beach tote, or no packaging if you'd prefer to assemble the gifts yourself at home.
Can I personalise the outside of the gift box with each bridesmaid's name?
Yes — all our personalised gift boxes are printed with each bridesmaid's name. No two boxes look the same.
What packaging options do you offer if I want to assemble the gifts myself?
Simply select No Packaging in the Build Your Own tool — we supply just the products, personalised and ready to go, and you package them however you like at home.
What is the production lead time for personalised bridesmaid bundles?
Our standard production lead time is 7–10 working days from receipt of payment. We recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks before you need your gifts, or 5–6 weeks during peak wedding season (October to February).
Do you ship nationwide across South Africa?
Yes — we ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Courier delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large bridal parties?
Yes — we offer automatic tiered discounts based on your total order value. The more bridesmaids you're gifting, the more you save. Your discount is applied automatically and shown in real time as you build your order in the catalogue.
Do you offer groomsmen bundles?
Groomsmen bundles are coming soon! We're currently working on a dedicated groomsmen gift range. In the meantime, feel free to WhatsApp us and we can discuss options for your groomsmen directly.
