This Privacy Policy describes how Wedding Stuff Pty Ltd T/A Smooches Bridal , www.smoochesbridal.co.za and www.smoochesbridal.com (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.
Wedding Stuff Pty Ltd T/A Smooches Bridal (and including this website, www.smoochesbridal.co.za and www.smoochesbridal.com are committed to protecting your privacy and to ensure that your personal information is collected and used properly, lawfully and transparently.
We are a wedding accessories and apparel online retailer and gift store.

- You may also request Wedding Stuff Pty Ltd to correct or supplement any of your personal data which Wedding Stuff Pty Ltd will undertake as soon as practicable.
- Request the destruction of your personal data. Margarida Carless will consider your request in light of any other laws or regulations prohibiting Wedding stuff Pty Ltd from destroying your personal data.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
