Shipping policy

Estimated shipping timelines are shown on the product page at time of order. We are unable to guarantee timelines due to unpredictable power outtages. Standard timelines are 10 days for non personalised items and 14 days for engraved, printed or personalised goods. Some items are available at a shorter timeline with a rush fee. If required earlier please contact us.

It is advisable to order a month before your function date just to ensure adequate time for any sizing or other returns.
