Shipping policy

Estimated shipping timelines are shown on the product page at time of order. We are unable to guarantee timelines due to unpredictable power outtages.  Standard timelines are 7 days for non personalised items and 14 days for engraved, printed or personalised goods.  Some items are available at a shorter timeline with a rush fee. If required earlier please contact us. 

It is advisable to order a month before your function date just to ensure adequate time for any sizing or other returns.
