What are the dimensions of the tote bag, and what can fit inside it?
Our standard totes are 30cm x 30cm and can fit a great deal — from engraved hangers and slippers to sleepwear and more, making them ideal as bridesmaid gift packaging. We also offer a midi size at 20cm x 20cm for a more compact option.
Is the bag structured with a flat bottom gusset, or does it lay flat when empty?
It depends on the style. Our cotton totes lay flat when empty, while our beach jute bags have a generous gusset and stand upright on their own.
What fabric weight do you use? Will the bag stand upright or feel flimsy?
Our jute bags are self-supporting and stand on their own. Our cotton totes range between 150gsm and 350gsm — the higher the gsm listed in the product description, the more structured and rigid the bag.
Does the tote have an inner lining, zip closure, or interior pockets?
No — our totes are intentionally designed to be simple, affordable and beautiful. They are open-top bags without lining or pockets, which keeps them lightweight and easy to fill.
How is the personalisation applied to the bag?
All personalisation is done using heat transfer vinyl, which is durable, vibrant and long-lasting.
Will the lettering peel, crack or fade after washing or sun exposure?
No — heat transfer vinyl is very durable and the bags can be washed without issue. We do recommend avoiding placing a hot iron directly on the printed area, as this can affect the transfer.
Can I print full names, or are these limited to monograms or short titles?
Full names are welcome! We do recommend abbreviating very long names where possible — the longer the name, the smaller the print needs to be in order to fit neatly on the bag.
Can I customise both sides of the tote bag?
Yes — we can print on both sides. The listed pricing covers one side only, so please reach out to us via WhatsApp if you'd like both sides personalised and we'll provide a quote.
Do you offer a variety of font styles and colours to match my wedding palette?
Yes — we can print in any Adobe or Canva font, and in a wide range of colours. If you require a specific colour that isn't already listed on our website, simply get in touch and we'll do our best to match it.
Can the tote bag replace a traditional gift box as packaging for my bridesmaid bundle?
Absolutely — and we think it's actually a better gift! A personalised tote is something your bridesmaids can use on the wedding day itself to carry their essentials, and for many years afterwards. It's practical, beautiful and zero waste.
Do you offer smaller sizes for flower girls or junior bridesmaids?
Yes — we have gorgeous midi and mini versions of our jute totes, perfect for the little ones in your bridal party.
Can I order plain, unpersonalised totes for wedding helpers at a lower cost?
Yes — plain totes are available on request and are not listed on the website. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp for a quote.
