Items are refundable or exchangeable if returned unworn to our offices in Fourways within 2 weeks. We do not cover the courier costs to return an item. For returns please contact us on email.

FAQ's
How long will my order take to be delivered? What is the soonest I can get it?
Unprinted items are delivered in 7 days. Personalised, printed, and engraved products arrive in 14 days. Both these timelines include 1 to 3 days of courier transit time. Rush orders are possible for certain items with an extra fee, found as an option on the product page. Timelines are not guaranteed as we have to rely on external service providers. It is advisable to place your order timeously.
If I pick up my order, can I get it sooner?
There is a manufacturing timeline to our products and as such it will only make a difference of 1 or 3 days.
Where are you based? Can I see the products in person?

Where are your products manufactured?
We prioritise local South African manufacured products and also produce some product lines ourselves. Certain product lines are manufactured in Europe and China by trusted suppliers we have used for many years. We DO NOT resell items from cheap international ecommerce platforms.
How does the sizing of your robes work?
Our collection of Satin, ruffle and cotton robes are offered in 2 broad sizes: Size 6 to 12 (One Size) and 14 to 18 (Plus Size). These sizes are designed to flatter a range of shapes and sizes. Please use your South African size (6,10,12 etc) to pick the appropriate size.
Our Bridal robe and nighty sets come in sizes 32 (S), 34 (M), 36 (L) and 38 (XL). These are a European make. Please use your South African size 32,34,36 etc to pick the correct size.
Are your PJ's true to size?
As all retailers have different size charts it is safest to work off measurements for pyjama sets as sizing is sensitive to body shape. You can find our size chart here:Size Charts.
Larger sizes run a little smaller than average south african retailer sizing. If you usually take a size >Large it is advisable to size up by one size for a comfortable fit.
Can I order a PJ shirt in one size and shorts in a different size?
No, unfortunately our pjs are sold in sets. We are unable to split a set.

Can I collect my order?
Yes, you are welcome to collect your order at our showroom in Fourways. You can opt for this option at checkout.
Do you offer nationwide Courier delivery?
Yes, we usually use The Courier Guy for door to door deliveries as well as their locker service (PUDO) if that is more convenient for you. We deliver throughout South Africa.
Can I provide my own artwork to print on your gift boxes?
The prices quoted on our website are for the designs that we have readily available. If you prefer to provide your own artwork there is an additional artwork setup fee (to test colouring etc on our equipment). Please contact us via email for such a request.
Can you manufacturer gift boxes to size?
We only keep stock of the sizes of gift boxes listed on our website.
For bespoke sizes we require a manufacturing timeline of 3 weeks and minimum order quantity of 30. Please contact us by email for such requests.
Can you print/ engrave/ personalise items in any language?
Yes! We can personalise the text on any of our products as you prescribe or indicate.
What is your return policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return the unworn/unused item to us for refund or exchange. Items that have been personalised are unfortunately not refundable or returnable.
How do you personalise your robes & PJs?Embroidery, Screen Print or Heat Transfer?
We opt for Heat Transfer Vinyl due to its longevity and avoidance of the 'pulled' effect seen with embroidery on Satin items
